What festival is this? Can you tell us something more about it? :)

Sure, I can. I am roul-gamer. This photograph was taken at the annual festival held throughout Russia. We dress up in costumes of elves, knights, dwarves. It is very fun!
Do you know anything about this?

wow, such a nice idea! i'm pretty sure events like this are sometimes organised in Poland, too, but probably in bigger cities, so i' never had an opportunity to participate...
so, are you interested in fantasy, Irina? do you like to read fantasy books?? i'm asking, since i do! :)

I love fantasy and everything connected with it! This is my hobby.
What books do you like most?
Comment by Dominika on December 17, 2009 at 12:25
yuhuu! :D
my first favourite author was J.R.R. Tolkien - oooh, i still have the whole shelve full of his books - Lord of The Rings, of course, but Silmarillion, Hobbit and other as well.
Then I became fascinated with Rowling's books - although now i'm reading more fanfics about them, than Harry Potter itself... oh, i liked Terry Goodkind and his saga too (about Richard and Kathlan)
However, the one I like the most is Wiedźmin - 'The Witcher', in english, I think - a fantastic novel of Andrzej Sapkowski, great polish writer. It contains everything! Magic, swords, fights, fantasy creatures, fate suprises and love... i like the fact that you can laugh hardly as hell at some parts, but in another tou can be touched too. and it's written in amazing language - it's partly even sarcastic or ironic, but it fits the plot really well.
Uh, I again wrote too much :D
What do you like reading the most??
And do you often take part in events like the one shown in your pic? :)
